Advice, trials and appeals, civil, regulatory and criminal matters, including commercial disputes, defence to Criminal Code and Controlled Drug charges, tax, customs & excise, international criminal, competition, securities, fraud, and environmental issues and cases, professional discipline, inquests, inquires, boards and tribunals, related civil and other proceedings and applications.

Professional Contributions – From time to time

Author, lecturer and instructor for legal education programs including the Ontario Bar Admission Course (from 1983-2005), the Canadian Bar Association, the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Federation of Law Societies National Criminal Law Program, and other professional continuing education programs. Judge/advisor in various advocacies – oriented programs including the Advocates Society Institute, and the Moot Court programs at the University of Toronto Law School and Osgoode Hall Law School.
